We do barbeque a little differently here at Brobecks. We use our special rub recipes on the meats and then smoke them and serve 'em dry (without sauce).
There are several choices of sauce you can use, including some local favorites. Use as little or as much sauce as you like, but we think our meats are good enough you may just eat them
without sauce!
Great barbecue every time. They added the nachos this year which are amazing. The queso is fantastic and the pulled pork is quality. Pro tip - sub in bbq beans and dump on top along with sauce.
Everything here is fantastic, but hands down my favorite is the ham salad with chips and crackers! Our server was just the sweetest, and took excellent care of us. Daily lunch specials during the week, and fabulous family style deals.
Back again and still excellent. My kid has the half rack of baby backs and is in love. Seems like I always have the same nice older lady as our server and she's all over it. Same old comfortable feel in this place that I love.
Great BBQ and even better service. Came in with a big group and was seated almost immediately. The ribs and brisket was amazing. Prices were also very reasonable! Highly recommend if your looking good BBQ.
GREAT option for a to-go catering package. I ordered the same morning and the food was ready on time and absolutely delicious. All of our guests loved the meat and the sides, especially the cheesy corn. Thanks for making it such an easy dinner! We will be back!
